Envelopes are here for the 2024 year. If you have not picked up your envelopes, please contact the Parish Office to arrange to pick them up. We do not mail the envelopes out. If envelopes are not picked up by January 31, 2024, we will assume those to not be parishioners any longer and we will begin to unregister those parishioners who have not picked up their envelopes.
Your recent response has been greatly appreciated and now it is time for our 2nd Annual Thanksgiving Food Drive Distribution. If your family is in need or you know of a family in our parish or community that would benefit, please contact us at 813-421-2201 and leave your name and phone number. It will be added to the list and then come to receive your Thanksgiving bag at the food pantry on one of the following days: Saturday, Nov. 4th, Tuesday, Nov. 7th or Wednesday, Nov. 8th from 10 am to 12pm. These three days will be the only days we are open in November. Due to the Christmas holiday, the food pantry will only be open Monday, Dec. 4th and Wednesday, Dec. 6th from 10 am to 12 pm. Regular pantry hours and days will resume in January. PLEASE NOTE: Upon exiting the church, only the poor box to the left is designated for SVdP. The one on the right is now for the parish. Please place all SVdP monetary donations in the one on the left. Thank you.
Dear friends in Christ, We are in the midst of the Eucharistic Revival years. We, as Catholics, respect and honor the real presence of Christ in the Holy Eucharist. The world is in turmoil and the evil one is creating havoc throughout our planet. We need to pray more than ever that peace will be restored in our world and in our families. We need to let the world know that the triumph is in the Sacred Heart of Jesus through powerful intercessions of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. In our beautiful parish, we are blessed to have Eucharistic Adoration every Monday evening as well as first Friday morning. First Friday being dedicated to the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, we are introducing one more hour to spend time with the Eucharistic Lord who's pierced heart gushes forth with love for humanity. So please come and join Fr. Vijay from 7:00pm to 8:00pm on September 1st, to adore and honor our Most Sacred Heart of Jesus through Eucharistic Adoration. Hopefully, this will be an appropriate time especially for those who are unable to come in the morning. Thank you and may God bless you all abundantly! Father Vijay
