MISSION STATEMENT

With the help of Our Lady, the Incarnation Council of Catholic Women is dedicated to serve the needs of the Parish. Therefore, we are committed to meet the spiritual needs of its members through education and fellowship, fostering religious growth.

The goals are:

  1. Strive to meet spiritual needs with the help of

Our Lady.

  1. Encourage fellowship and commitment among

the members of the Council.

  1. Foster personal religious growth.

  1. Minister to the Parish through services.

(Receptions as directed by the Pastor).

  1. Minister to the individual member needs.

(Visit the sick, prayer line etc.).

If you are interested in becoming more involved in our parish, meeting other ladies, and having fun while helping others, Incarnation Council of Catholic Women is the organization for you to join.  We are a diverse group of ladies of all ages and talents coming together with the common goal of serving the needs of our parish.  We also strive to educate and empower our members.

BRIEF HISTORY: In the early 1960s a group of women formed the “Incarnation Ladies Guild.”  The object of this group was to be of assistance to our pastor.  In 1997, the name was changed to conform to the other organizations with which we are in membership, namely, Diocesan Council of Catholic Women, Florida Council of Catholic Women, and National Council of Catholic Women. Consequently, a portion of our membership dues is paid to these organizations on a per member basis.

The ICCW participates in a number of programs that are beneficial to our parish and around the world.  Each member volunteers as little or as much time as her schedule permits.  Listed below are some of our “labors of love”.   Remember, it is in giving that we receive.
